or information. If products or information fall into the wrong hands such as terrorist or

Guarantee’s the correct operation of products within thirty days or will exchange the unit for
an exact working replica of the model you originally ordered. If information or articles become
damaged during delivery Fun Backyard Technology ® will replace the article or damaged
product for another of the same article or product. Replacement of your order happens only
upon arrival of the damaged product. You may not exchange your order for credit to
purchase something else instead. If your order of information on paper, CD, or email
becomes corrupted or damaged when you receive them we will send a single duplicate copy.
We are not able to provide an accurate time frame for the arrival of orders. Orders are
processed upon full transaction of your payment through the bank unless sent in cash. If you
lose cash through the mail we will not reimburse you. If you wish to cancel orders do so within
one day after sending your order and in a timely manner before your order is processed!
By causing disruption, harm, or damage to the economics of Fun Backyard Technology ®
you starve the resources of our customers as well. Legal disputes, broadcasting slander or
releasing information obtained through this company waste valuable time and resources
